The Opportunity As HR Advisor you will work closely with the firm's National HR lead as the two of you manage the on-the-ground HR needs for the firm's successful Sydney office. Your responsibilities will be generalist and could be as varied as working with talent to manage recruitment, working with the remuneration team and the practice floors appraisals & remuneration reviews, oversight on international secondments, managing remote HR admin support, HR strategy and L&D. As part of both a close-knit national and wider APAC team, you'll also take on national and regional projects, alongside Business Partnering involvement for another national office. This is all with the support of a global HR Admin team, giving you the chance to step away from coordinating/admin work and to build your business partnering skills. About you You will: - be an experienced HR professional with strong generalist experience - gained in a professional services environment; - have had exposure to the whole employee life-cycle, whilst juggling a variety of national and regional HR projects; - You will also be an excellent communicator who is happy to work with people at all levels and show proven experience of connecting with senior stakeholders. - Ideally, your experience will have been gained within another professional services Partnership; law firm experience would be highly regarded. You'll also be a driven, proactive and committed to a full-time career in HR. Why apply?
